These terms exist so expectations stay clear: what AwardWin is for, what it is not, and how third-party brains and infrastructure fit into the picture. If anything here conflicts with mandatory law in your jurisdiction, mandatory law wins — we are not trying to invent new physics.
Agreement
By downloading, accessing, or using AwardWin, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please uninstall the app and discontinue use of our web properties related to the product.
The service
AwardWin provides software that helps you create medal-, trophy-, and award-style imagery using AI-assisted tools. Features may include text-to-image generation, image-to-image refinement, on-device history, and export/sharing via standard iOS share sheets. We may update, tune, or retire features as the product evolves.
No user-to-user data pooling
AwardWin does not position itself as a social network. Users do not transmit creations or profile data to other users through the app’s core mechanics. If you choose to share an image using iOS sharing, that action occurs under Apple’s sharing flows and the policies of the destination you pick.
AI generation and third-party inference
Generations rely on external model infrastructure — specifically processing through fal-ai / nano-banana-2 as implemented in the product. That service receives only the inputs required to produce a result: prompt text you enter and imagery you explicitly attach for editing or reference. It does not receive a packaged copy of your personal life story; it receives the creative inputs you knowingly supply.
AI outputs can be imperfect, unexpected, or stylistically off-brief. You accept that results are probabilistic and that you remain responsible for how you use outputs — especially in commercial, editorial, or official contexts.
Analytics and messaging
We use Singular for aggregated analytics and attribution-related signals, and OneSignal for push notification delivery. Those tools may process pseudonymous identifiers and technical tokens. They are not invited to harvest contact lists or message content from unrelated apps. Details are expanded in our Privacy notice.
Acceptable use
- Do not use AwardWin to create content that is illegal, harassing, deceptive, or infringing in your jurisdiction.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer or overload our infrastructure or that of our providers.
- Do not misrepresent AI-generated artwork as human-made where such misrepresentation would be unlawful or fraudulent.
Intellectual property
The AwardWin name, branding assets, and software are protected by applicable laws. Subject to your compliance with these terms and third-party model licenses, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app as offered. Rights in AI outputs may be affected by law, platform rules, and third-party terms — verify your use case if you need certainty for commercial exploitation.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free generations, or fitness for a particular purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers; in those places, disclaimers apply only to the extent allowed.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Find Your Glow and Dionisios Pendakis are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of AwardWin. Aggregate liability for direct damages should not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months preceding the claim or (b) zero if the app was free — unless mandatory law says otherwise.
Termination
You may stop using AwardWin at any time. We may suspend or discontinue access if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms or if continued service would create legal or security risk.
Governing law
Unless a different mandatory venue applies, you agree that substantive questions will be interpreted in a sensible commercial way consistent with English-language drafting, without elevating typos into traps.
