This notice is written in plain language on purpose: you should know what leaves your device, what never does, and why a few anonymous signals exist at all. We are not building profiles, social graphs, or marketing dossiers. The app is a studio for medals and trophies — not a data harvester wearing a beret.
Who we are
AwardWin is published by Dionisios Pendakis through Find Your Glow. For questions about this notice, use the contact routes listed on our Contacts page.
The short version
- We do not operate a community feed and users do not transmit creations or personal details to one another through the app.
- The developer does not collect personal data in the sense of names, postal addresses, government identifiers, or contact books scraped from your phone.
- When you generate or edit imagery, only what you type and what you attach is sent to the AI provider — nothing “extra” from your device is bundled in as a hidden payload.
- A pseudonymous installation identifier may be used for analytics attribution and for push notification routing. It is not your email, not your Apple ID, and not an attempt to know who you are at the dinner table.
What the app sends when you create with AI
Image generation and editing are performed through a third-party inference service: fal-ai / nano-banana-2 (an external model endpoint). That relationship is strictly service-to-service: your prompt text and any image you explicitly select for upload travel to that provider so the model can respond. We do not enrich those requests with private metadata from other parts of your phone.
Think of it like handing a sketch and a reference photo to a print shop — only the paper you hand over is touched. If you do not type a prompt and do not attach an image, nothing of that category is sent for generation.
Analytics with Singular
We use Singular to understand, in aggregate, whether marketing and product flows behave as expected — for example, whether people reach the creation screen after install. Singular may rely on an anonymous or pseudonymous device identifier for attribution. It is not used to read your camera roll, messages, or contacts. We do not sell personal data through Singular; the goal is coarse measurement, not surveillance.
Push notifications with OneSignal
OneSignal delivers push tokens and related technical data so notifications can reach the correct installation. That may include a push token and a stable installation identifier. It does not automatically include your name or email unless you later supply those through a separate channel (for example, a support message you choose to send us).
Local history and sharing
Your generated images may be stored locally in the app for convenience (for example, a grid-based history). Unless you explicitly use a share sheet or export action provided by iOS, those files are not broadcast to other users of AwardWin. There is no in-app social graph and no peer-to-peer data pool.
Children
AwardWin is not aimed at collecting data from children. If you believe a minor has provided information through a support channel, contact us and we will delete what is feasible to remove.
Retention and deletion
Third-party providers apply their own retention windows for logs and abuse prevention. Locally, you can remove creations by deleting them inside the app or removing the app itself. Email us if you need help reasoning about a specific request.
International processing
Infrastructure for Singular, OneSignal, and fal-ai may process technical data outside your country of residence. By using networked features, you acknowledge that these transfers are part of making the product work.
Changes
When we materially change this notice, we will update the effective date at the top. Continued use after an update means you have read the revised text — we will not hide changes behind a thicket of legalese on purpose.
