Lucky Sports AI Trainer provides AI-assisted fitness guidance for home training. It is a digital coaching tool and not an emergency, clinical, or diagnostic medical service.

2. User Responsibility

You are responsible for training within your personal limits. Stop any exercise that causes pain, dizziness, or unusual discomfort. If you have known health conditions, seek professional medical advice before intensive activity.

3. AI Content and Variability

Workout plans are generated by text AI systems and may vary between sessions. Generated content is intended to assist decision-making, not replace professional supervision.

4. Third-Party Services

Lucky Sports AI Trainer integrates infrastructure providers including Singular and OneSignal for measurement and push delivery. Their operation may involve technical identifiers as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Account and Feature Continuity

We may improve, rebalance, or discontinue app features to enhance safety and performance. Temporary interruptions can occur during maintenance or platform-level updates on Android or backend systems.

6. Intellectual Property

App design, branding, and training system structure belong to the developer/company unless explicitly stated otherwise. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited by law.

7. Liability Boundary

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" without guarantees of specific physical outcomes. Individual results depend on execution quality, recovery, consistency, and personal condition.
